Enough Room is a registered business name operated by 4HG Pty Ltd as trustee for the Laredo Family Trust (ABN 57 545 991 851).

Made-to-order products and change of mind

All Enough Room products are made especially for you after you order. Except where the law applicable to your purchase gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, an accidental purchase, or an incorrect size, colour or other option selected by the customer.

Please review the product information and your order carefully before checkout. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact support@enoughroom.co immediately. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once production has started.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products

If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description, or not the item you ordered, please contact support@enoughroom.co with your order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, clear photographs.

Depending on the problem and the law that applies to your purchase, the appropriate remedy may be a repair, replacement or refund. Where applicable law treats a problem as major or substantial, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may first provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time. We will cover reasonable return costs where we confirm that goods need to be returned because they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

Local consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights in the country or region applicable to your purchase continue to apply. For Australian customers, this includes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns process

Do not return an item to the address on its parcel, to a production partner, or to any other address without written instructions from Enough Room. Unauthorised returns may be refused or become impossible to locate. We will tell you whether a return is required and, if so, where and how it should be sent.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after we submit the refund.
